In circumstances where laws are in place to protect a minor child, you may not be able to access certain information on the member portal. Additionally, once a child turns 18, he or she must have their own individual account.

Access benefits and coverage information, claim status and primary care provider selection. When logging in or registering for the member portal, enter your entire member number – your 9-digit member number and your 2-digit member identifier from your ID card (such as 01 or 02, with no spaces)
