We all know drinking water is good for us, yet sometimes it is hard to put down the soda and pick up a glass of water. For 21 days, you'll be challenged to replace your sugary beverages with water, improving your wellness along the way. Small, easy hydration tips will help start the habit of drinking more water and enjoying all the benefits that water offers.
Sign up starting May 19. You can sign up anytime during the challenge. The challenge runs from June 2 through June 22. Sign up in your member portal through the Living Healthy tile.
