Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables has many benefits. Eating fruits and vegetables helps you avoid unhealthy food choices and reduces the risk of many chronic diseases. During this 21-day challenge, you’re encouraged to eat at least five servings of fruit and veggies each day and track your intake.
Sign up starting Feb. 17. You can sign up anytime during the challenge. The challenge runs from Mar. 3 through Mar. 23. Sign up in your member portal through the Living Healthy tile.
