When you’re ready to quit or cut back, we can help. We have two free programs to help you quit or reduce your use, no matter what type of nicotine you use (e.g., cigarettes, smokeless, e-cigarette, or vaping products).
Freedom from Smoking
This program is designed to help you quit nicotine. You’ll meet with a certified facilitator up to seven weeks with an additional 48-hour check-in during week four, as a follow-up to your quit date. The program includes:
- A step-by-step plan for quitting
- Understanding your triggers and urges
- Coping strategies
- Personalized solutions
Reduction program:
This program is designed to help you reduce your nicotine use and practice quitting. You’ll meet with a trained facilitator for four weeks, with the option to extend sessions for extra support. The program includes:
- A step-by step plan for reducing use
- Understanding of your triggers and urges
- Strategies and support to reduce use
- A chance to practice a 24-hour quit
